Never Ever Show Youre Jealous

O.k., you're standing there all alone at a party and in the far corner of the room your boyfriend is talking to some groovy chick. She's coming onto him and much to your dismay, he doesn't seem to be bragging about all how happy he is in his relationship with you.

In fact, he even seems to be encouraging and indulging the shameless slattern's disgusting, desperate, gall-filled pleas for sexual attention. So you a) burst into tears and run from the room b) go up to him and drape yourself around his neck so she can't miss the fact that you and him are "together" or c) stand there and repeatedly tap his shoulder with your finger going "Um honey, honey, honey, I have to talk to you ... until he finally is forced to turn around and scream in your face "WHAT!"

Actually, none of the above are the right answers. Unfortunately, the minute you display jealousy, you convey neediness and insecurity and according to Jungian psychiatrist William Rock Penfield, people of both sexes find this extremely unattractive in a partner. What they really find attractive is something called "the unattainable." That is why your boyfriend is flirting with the gorgeous interloper in the first place. He knows he belongs to you and therefore she becomes attractive because she is unattainable. Another reason we flip out, and become jealous is because we know we've already been "attained".

The person knows he already "has you" so there is nothing to chase... no thrill to the hunt... the cupid's arrow has already met its mark and now you are about as sexually exciting as a carcass thrown in a burlap sack. No, the best thing for you to do in such a situation, is to mirror his behaviour.

Make yourself unattainable. Replace thoughts like "No, no, no ....please don't do this to me." and " Please, please. Stop. Stop flirting with him!" to "Oh so you think you have this relationship in the bag do you...while here's me brushing my breasts up against your best friend's arm and here's me batting my eyelashes at that guy you hate and here's me smiling and waving at you like nothing's wrong ... nothing at all!" Make like you're the wild unpredicatable one --like what he's doing doesn't matter --like you could leave this party at any minute with his successor.

Before you know it, he'll be the one casting you the anxious looks, as you dirty dance with the cute guy you just met near the fridge. If he doesn't, maybe you should consider leaving the party with the new guy. Or girl.

Because this mirroring trick works on both sexes. What doesn't work is begging, pleading, crying and trying to blackmail the person into never doing it again, later, when you get home in bed. Who wants to be with a needy, whiny jealous person. What a turnoff!

what an experience!

The road to Beyonce experience wasn't easy! travel time, beCoZ of heavy traffic for almost 2 hrs.! me and my friends riding in a cab.... are very excited... halos full battery ang digicam nmin, also the memory of our celphone's.... dapat ay emty pics.! for beyonce.. one in a lifetime lang sya dumating dito sa pinas.. kaya i-eady ang lahat ng gadgets na mag iiwan ng memorabilya ni beyonce!

Thanx to MTV philippines... they provided a map just outside the venue... and we never lost for our seats! and the party get started and beyonce's "crazy in Love".... first one thing... super enjoy talaga starting palang! grabe...halos naka standing ovation na ang lahat ng mga tao at halos di mahuluagan ng karayom.. and all people are shouting Beyonce's name!

start to finish.... Beyonce never stop's the beat of people for dancing, singing, and shouting.... nakakaindak talaga! especially with beyonce's move.... she showed her belly dancing skills sa "beautiful Liar".... next nman nya ang "Naughty Girl".... and na-touch kami ng bestfriend ko sa awiting kinanta ni beyonce na " Me, Myself and I" , galing sa "Dangerously In Love" na album ni beyonce.. and "Listen".. feel ko sya dahil i watched "Dreamgirls".. and medyo nag quiet effect ang mga audience sa mga awiting ito!..

But the intensity never stop! bigla ba nman banatan ni beyonce ng "Baby Boy".... beyonce is very glamorous on stage... lahat ng bawat kilos at sayaw nya... detalyado talaga! napaka professional nyang performer! beyonce also sang "Independent Women", "Say My Name", "Bootylicious", "Soldier" and "Suvivor"... other songsin her concert were "Deja Vu" at ang "Welcome Hollywood"...

and she end up the show by singing her popular "Ireplacable"... talaga namang sumabay na ang lahat ng tao sa pagkanta nito! ang saya talaga ng hinding hindi makakalimutang expirience na ito sa buhay ng lahat ng tao na nakipag sapalaran sa dami at siksikan na mga manonod!

BEYONCE'.... she really gave herself to us!

Britney bitch?

Ummmm, okay. Britney Spears had her comeback, can we write her off now?
Actually, her show was great, in a retro MTV sort of way. I haven't seen lip-syncing and "dancing" that bad since 1988. Don't take my word for it (although you should), watch it for yourself, if you can stomach it. If you squint with one eye it actually looks like she cares. If you close both eyes it looks like she's trying.

in fairness... ok naman yung MTV nyang "gimme more"...but I feel bad for the audience. The other artists have been bending over backwards trying to show public support for Britney,khit n super hirap n sila sa bigat ni britney! and then they had to sit there with that awkward look on their collective face, wondering when the hell Criss Angel was going to saw her in half.

Oh yeah, generally speaking...I have no problem with her weight. Once she shoves it into underwear 3 sizes too small and tells us we should want it, I reserve the right to say, um no thanks.

I am no Britney fan, but come on... aren't there more interesting things to criticize here than her stomach? LIke her total lack of enthusiasm, timing, or ability? Most moms I know would be pretty pleased to look that good in that outfit less than 2 years out from Babyfest.

I WISH my belly looked that good after having 2 kids... what can u say about britney?????

my "stamps"

when i was freshmen in high school, i started collecting stamps from relatives and friends abroad, they keep sending me letters and pictures... so, naiisip ko... kung nakatambak lang ang mga envelopes with stamps, i'll keep it nalang.. and tinanggal ko ang mga stamps and inipon ko lahat, actually,i got almost 50pcs. of stamps, then.. my sister saw my little box na may mga stamps, she told me that she's also collecting stamps... but she decided to give it all to me...(dahil mas carrer ko ang mag ipon!) pang international nga ang mga stamps ng kapatid... bumili ako ng photo album and dun ko nilagay lahat... almost half of page ang nalagyan ko ng mga stamps... pati mga classmates ko binibigyan na din nila ako ng mga stamps because they know that i love collecting stamps and they giving it to me as a souvenir from them.... yung mga galing sa mga friends/classmates, they put a memo so may mga corresponding trade mark na sila sa album ko.. atleast, everytime na i-open ko ang stamps album ko, naalala ko din sila..

we have now e-mails.... eventhough were still have post office to deliver our letters... mas fastest and easier way ang e-mails... kaya... hindi na ako masyadong makapag-collect ng stamps... all i can do is to watch my collections.. when i feel depresed or alone sometime...

for the beer that flows out, is like life's smoothest and roughest ride...

for each beer you gulp, is worth 1 risk u take....

for each invite to drink w/ friends & you give up, is like life's chances that you let it slip out of your way...

this does'nt literally mean that you have to drink beer to enjoy life!

Suede is my all time favourite band. They were said to be the first of Brit-Pop.

I knew them in 1997 when I heard 'Beautiful Ones' & 'Saturday Night' on the radio.

They were the first band who introduced me to the music world. The best album from them is "Dog Man Star" which is quite a depressing album.

The Best songs from Suede to me are: "The Asphalt World", "Stay Together", "Europe is Our Playground", "The Drowners", "Animal Nitrate", "Killing of the Flashboy", "He`s Dead", "Saturday Night", "Everything Will Flow", "Asbestos" and " Leaving".

Actually, I love all songs by Suede and its just too hard to choose, the list goes on and on...

but where are they now????......
